Update on Guided Busway

You have probably heard quite a lot on the Guided Busway and probably want to see more action that words. However, there has been a lot of positive updates on the Guided Busway. According to a press release from Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC Press Release on Busway) the third and final stage of the Transport Audits will start on Monday. Independent auditors will be reviewing the guided busway this week. After the traffic lights were tested, the auditors gave approval for the audits to move to the third stage. A timetable cannot be given to an opening date until all the work done by BAM Nuttal are completed.

Hopefully, the Busway will be given the green light by auditors and work can progress to an opening date soon!
