Electric Bike Breakdown Coverage
As of February 2012, our electric bikes are now covered under the Environment Transport Association's Cycle Breakdown Policy, giving you peace of mind if you get a puncture or other mechanical breakdown. Under the service, ETA will attempt to fix the bike by the roadside but if this cannot be done they will bring the bike and you back to the Commuter Centre.
