Travel Plan Plus
Travel Plan Plus (TP+) primarily work with employers on the Cambridge Science Park, Cambridge Business Park and St John's Innovation Park to reduce drive alone commuting to the TP+ area and encourage sustainable modes of transport such as walking, cycling, and using public transport to get to work.
TP+ originated as European Commission funded project in 2010 receiving monies from the Intelligent Energy Europe funding stream. Since 2012, funding for TP+ has derived through company service charge elements and some planning fund contributions.
TP+ is a Travel for Cambridgeshire (TfC) Partnership Project. Since 1998, TfC Partnership has been assisting Cambridgeshire employers with workplace travel issues. It has small to large size paid employers located at various sites across Cambridgeshire. To benefit from TfC's expertise, an employer needs to become a member of TfC.
