Our annual Travel to Work Survey will be open to all the Travel Plan Plus (TP+) members from Monday 15th October to Friday 26th October including those organisation who have confirmed to participate. The survey will ask your employees how they travelled to work between Saturday 6th to Friday 12th October, providing a ‘snapshot’ of employee travel habits. The survey uses a very quick and easy web-based form that takes 3-4 minutes to complete. For more information on how to participate in the survey, please email here.
From 2 September 2018, there has been changes to the following services within Cambridge North area:
Citi 2 - Changes to the timetable affecting journeys beyond Cambridge North Station. For the updated timetable, see here.
Service 9 / X9 - The journeys operating between Ely and March has been replaced by new Service 39. Some peak hour journeys has been operating as a Service 9 or X9 between Cambridge and Ely and also operating as a Service 39 to / from March and Chatteris. Short journeys between Cambridge, Milton and Landbeach has been withdrawn, with Landbeach now being served during peak times only, except for one journey on Service 19.
The 0550 from Ely and the 1930 from Cambridge journeys are operated as a Citi 2. Saturday peak journeys has been reduced to hourly departures too. Between Cambridge and Ely, journeys will continue to Littleport one hour, and will continue to the Ely Estates, Leisure Village, Princess of Wales Hospital and Sainsbury's in a one-way loop on the other hour. Service N no longer operates along Busway. The peak time route N journeys have been renamed route D and re-timed. These will continue to serve all stops along Milton Road. The off-peak route N journeys have been replaced by a diversion of route A once an hour via Cambridge North Station. These have also be renamed to Route D, and will also serve all stops along Milton Road.
In order to maintain a 15 minute service on route A, all route A journeys have been re-timed between Trumpington Park & Ride and the Science Park in both directions.
The journey to Buckden in the afternoon will now be split at St Ives bus station. This is to enable customers who finish work at 5pm at CB1 to catch a later bus and change in St Ives as these changes will see route A journeys depart earlier. The last A journeys to/from Royston are renumbered to route A. For the latest copy of the timetable, see here.
